Alumni Community

The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama aspires to continue an active relationship with as many of our former students as possible via our Alumni Community.
The Alumni Community provides a forum for communication, networking and social interaction; it seeks both to cultivate the institutional memory and promote the future development of the Academy.

Your continued interaction benefits the Academy: your feedback helps us to provide the best possible experience for students and graduates; your professional experiences can be shared with current students to inspire and advise. You can become a mentor, sharing your experience of life at the Academy and passing on the skills and practices that you learned. As Alumni Ambassadors you can assist with recruitment and raising the Academy profile internationally.

As Alumni, you are crucial to the continued development and success of the Academy as Scotland’s National Conservatoire.

As a member of the Alumni Community, the expanding range of benefits you can enjoy include:

  • An Academy email address for life
  • Exclusive news and updates via email
  • Invitations to reunions and events
  • Networking Opportunities
  • Concessionary rates at the Box Office*
  • Access to the Whittaker Library**

If you are already on Facebook, why not join the RSAMD Alumni Facebook group as an alternative way to stay in touch with the Academy and with your fellow RSAMD graduates. Just click on this link.
