Open Days

Thinking about studying here? Attend one of our open days to find out more about us

Attending an open day is the best way to find out whether this is somewhere you would like to study.

Each open day is carefully crafted to provide you with a real insight into what life as a student here is like. Every degree programme runs a specialist workshop and there are also opportunities to see performances, attend information sessions and meet students and staff from the programmes. Due to the high demand for places at our Open Days it is not possible for parents or guardians to take part in the workshop sessions although they are welcome to attend other sessions. Demand is high so make sure you register for the workshops you wish to attend when booking opens, a month before the date of the event.

The next open days are:

Friday 14 October 2011,  10am – 5pm

For all drama and dance performance programmes (BA Acting, BA Contemporary Performance Practice, MA Classical and Contemporary Text, BA/MA Musical Theatre, BA Modern Ballet)

Not able to attend an Open Day?

If for any reason you are unable to attend an Open Day we do offer short tours every Monday and Friday afternoon. These are led by our Student Guides and take approcximately 45 minutes. Although we know it is useful to speak to a member of staff or a student from your chosen area please be aware that this may not be possible due to our very busy timetable. To enquire about attending a tour email tours@rcs.ac.uk stating your chosen area of study, the year of entry and when you would like to attend.
