9. Employee Relations

There is an agreement between the Academy and the Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS) covering consultation rights for all academic staff.

There is also an agreement with UNISON covering matters under the Academy's grievance and disciplinary procedures for all non-academic staff.

The Academy's Consultative Forum meets monthly and has full representation from union and staff members.
