The principal mechanism for measuring student satisfaction with their HE experience is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Review (MER) process. MER deals with the whole learning experience.

The Quality Assurance Hanbook, Section 5 details the MER process. Every course at the RSAMD is subject to MER.

MER Committees meet 3 times a year and minutes of meetings are published on the Academy's Intranet. Annual MER reports are also published on the Intranet.
